* Reflections on the Congregational Meeting
The congregational meeting holds great significance for a local church. It is an important time for us to reflect on the past year and unite our hearts as we plan for the new year. While leading this first congregational meeting, one thought deeply resonated with me: we all truly love our church.
The church moves forward through the precious love, dedication, and service of its members. I am deeply grateful that Baltimore Church has come this far because of your wholehearted service throughout the past year. I am also thankful for the meaningful discussions we had, sharing a collective desire for the church to grow and flourish in the future.
* Advancing Through Renewal
I expect this year to be a very significant one for Baltimore Church, both pastorally and in terms of its growth. Everything must be guided by God’s good and sovereign will. However, from our perspective, we must continually renew ourselves, implement plans, and move forward.
For 50 long years, God has protected and guided this church. The valuable efforts of our members have brought us to where we are today. I believe that this year is the time for us to take another leap forward. As I shared during the 50th-anniversary service, we must move together toward a church characterized by fellowship rooted in sincere love and service, worship where all generations experience grace, and maturity that leads to evangelism. This pastoral vision has been described in detail in the church guide.

* Moving Forward Together into the Future
In both an individual’s life and the history of a church, a desire to remain complacent inevitably leads to decline. Because we are all frail, it is easy to fall, lose our way, or hesitate. However, we must boldly overcome these realities and challenge ourselves. Each one of us, myself included, must renew ourselves. When we hold onto the vision God has given us and continuously refine ourselves in faith, moving forward, God will pour His grace upon the church.
I sincerely thank everyone who attended and served during the congregational meeting. I also deeply appreciate all the suggestions made with love for the church. I will do my utmost to implement these ideas pastorally. Moving forward, I hope Baltimore Church will continue to unite in love under the Lord and advance powerfully toward the future.
